Hey everyone, I’m your it-coach, and welcome to my new blog channel. Today, I’m going to walk you through a quick and easy tutorial on how to record your screen on your iPhone. The great thing is, you can do this using the built-in iOS software, so you won’t need to download any additional third-party apps.
Steps to record your screen on iphone
First, swipe down the menu from the right upper corner of your screen, and you’ll notice a white dot. However, the screen recording button might not be available by default. To activate it, head over to your Settings menu, select Control Center, and you’ll find a list of possible controls that can be added to the shortcut menu. Look for “Screen Recording,” and simply tap the green plus icon to add it.
Now, when you tap the white dot, a three-second countdown will begin, and your screen recording will start. You have the option to record with or without sound, which can be adjusted by long-pressing and selecting the microphone icon. To stop recording, tap the red dot, and your video will be saved to your camera roll, accessible through the Photos app.
If you ever feel like the recording shortcut is no longer necessary, you can easily remove it from the drop-down menu. Go back to the Control Center settings, tap the red minus icon next to “Screen Recording,” and hit “Remove.” If you change your mind and want to add it back, simply scroll down, tap the plus icon, and repeat the process.
